Grow Apartments

We worked with Bud Urban developments and Studio Nine Architects to refurbish Grow Apartments with renovated accommodation and a new lobby to enhance the guest experience.

The project involved two stages and included demolition of existing entrance, structural refurbishment, lobby upgrade and external renovations as well as multiple individual apartment refurbishments, whilst several apartments within the building remained tenanted throughout the programme.

The newly refurbished apartments are conveniently located at the gateway to Bowden!
