With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, our Director Anthony Medhurst has substantial knowledge across a wide range of projects and sectors.
Anthony’s experience spans managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects for large corporations, to smaller fast-tracked projects for small businesses.
Anthony is passionate about keeping the process simple and enjoyable for clients.

Patrick Davies
PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGER
With an electrical trade background, Pat brings invaluable hands-on experience across a wide range of projects and sectors with a strong understanding of commercial office requirements.
Leading our preconstruction offering, Patrick works with architects, designers, and subcontractors to develop detailed project plans, schedules and cost estimates and remains hands-on managing the project through to delivery.

Simon Karran
SITE COORDINATOR
Simon’s joinery/carpentry background is invaluable when providing solutions-focussed outcomes on site, particularly on design and construct projects that require practical and timely input.
Simon has extensive experience in managing tight programmes, he values a clean and well presented site, critical particularly when sites are within occupied buildings.
Simon’s friendly and personable approach and solutions focussed attitude, ensures a smooth and enjoyable project journey for both the client and subcontractors on site and he plays a key role in exceeding client expectations.

Sam Robertson
SITE COORDINATOR
With almost a decade experience in the construction industry as a lead carpenter and general builder, Sam oversees projects from start to finish.
His experience on a variety of projects, has allowed him to both foresee potential challenges on the job and promptly manage them as they inevitably arise. Sam successfully manages a high number of trades, deliveries, multiple stakeholder walk-throughs and public traffic with his trademark calmness and thoroughness.

Jack Ramage
SITE COORDINATOR
Commencing his career as a Carpenter provided Jack with significant experience “on the tools”, an invaluable asset on every site.
His hands on experience and knowledge of site operations, has provided him with an in-depth understanding of the role of the trades he is liaising with onsite, assisting him in his role at One Build.
Jack takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional site and adhering to the programme schedule, keeping his team of trades on-track ensuring a successful handover.

Hagan Wright
SITE FOREMAN
Growing up in a family plumbing business has provided Hagan with an innate understanding of the trade and industry from a young age.
His career has included trade and residential building experience which has prepared him well moving into commercial building.
Hagan holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics from the University of South Australia and is passionate about delivering quality outcomes.

Kristen Medhurst
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
A background in Film & Television production and Advertising, Kristen has experience with, and an appreciation for, delivering high quality projects, in high pressure environments on time and on budget, while liaising with multiple stake-holders, sub-contractors and teams.
Kristen provides admin support to the One Build team to ensure efficiency and successful outcomes.

Trevor Medhurst
SITE FOREMAN
Trevor commenced in the industry over 30 years ago and has undertaken roles in both site management and safety supervision.
His long tenure in construction combined with his amicable personality, means he develops excellent working relationships on site including with our sub-contractor teams.
Trevor excels in delivering projects in live environments where we need to minimise or eliminate disruption and maintain a "business as usual atmosphere" while not compromising on the construction programme and delivery deadline.
