“We're proud to have delivered the new office and retail tenancy for Hostplus, one of Australia's largest industry superannuation funds.

The multi-level fit out, located within the 60 King William Street development, comprised approx 1000sqm of commercial office space and 200sqm of retail space, delivered simultaneously to meet project and operational requirements.

The commercial component included an early comms room delivery, to support continuous business operations, front of house, training room, office, focus and meeting rooms, wellness hub, comms and utility spaces while the Ground Floor retail fit out included front of house, consult rooms, staff amenity and waiting areas.

The future-ready workplace solution included acoustic considerations throughout, a technology enabled, secure and flexible working environment. The high-quality fit out featured exposed ceilings and timber features throughout creating an inviting and professional space where people feel connected.
