After 10 years in their previous office, Aon wanted to create a space that connects with both employees and clients and celebrates their brand.
The project involved complex services, acoustic and security considerations and the construction of bespoke solid timber partition walls with curved architectural details with fluted glass which area the feature of the space. The office includes versatile meeting rooms, open plan workstations, vibrant entrance and a functional kitchen breakout area which provides views from Victoria Square, all the way to Adelaide Oval!
Working closely with ON Project, JPEdesignstudio, Charter Hall and Buildsurv, we delivered a sophisticated and premium space for the global brand and one of the final pieces of the puzzle in the amazing 60 King William Street.
